Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, and I am an experienced Coaching Professional. I specialize in working with people, couples, families, and professionals that want to be empowered and make great life changes. By teaching them how to successfully adjust to life's obstacles while upholding their moral principles, I hope to assist people in becoming "unstuck" from their overpowering negative ideas. I have an MBA from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Francis College, and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University.
