In a bold move, Fitbit has unlocked an exclusive premium feature for all its users, subscription-free.

As reported by 9to5Google in a recent article, the fitness powerhouse has rolled out its readiness score to all its trackers and smartwatches, coinciding with the launch of the Pixel Watch 3 this summer. (It’s worth noting that Google, the parent company of Fitbit, has played a significant role in this development.)

But what exactly does this readiness score entail? In simple terms, it’s a numerical value that gauges your preparedness for the day ahead. This score is calculated by analyzing your physical activity levels, sleep patterns, and heart rate data.

According to Fitbit’s official description, the “Daily Readiness Score leverages your Fitbit data to determine whether you’re primed to exercise or should focus on recovery. Over time, it helps you understand how your previous days’ activity levels, sleep patterns, and heart rate variability impact your energy levels today.”

In essence, Fitbit generates a score ranging from 0 to 100, reflecting low, moderate, or high levels of readiness. As long as your Fitbit app is updated, this feature will be accessible on all compatible devices, including the Luxe, Charge 5/6, Inspire 2/3, Sense, Sense 2, and Versa 2/3/4. For instance, you can revolutionize your fitness journey by utilizing this feature to optimize your daily routine.
